Amanda Vohs

Director of Strategic Partnerships for Northern California

Amanda Vohs serves as IJM’s Director of Strategic Partnerships for Northern California. She meets with supporters in Silicon Valley to provide opportunities for deeper engagement and support of justice.

Before joining IJM, Amanda worked in the healthcare IT industry, implementing and selling large scale IT platforms. She holds a B.A. in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where she also played basketball. Amanda also holds an M.A. in Communication and Conflict Resolution from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and spent time in Uganda studying the rehabilitation efforts for children who had been forced into armed conflict. This experience lead her down the path to answer God’s call to serve the oppressed. She and her husband now live in the Bay Area with their two young children.

You Can Send Rescue Today.

Give a gift today and be a last minute responder for a child in need of rescue or a social worker holding the hands of a now-free mother.

You can make the most impact as a Freedom Partner today.

By making a monthly commitment of $24 or more, you’re taking a stand to protect the poor from violence around the world. From last-minute rescues through critical aftercare, your faithful support helps us defend children and families in need—no matter how long justice takes.
